BrideyMurphy- Who feels that they have the right to accuse or even comment on the innocence or guilt of this man without knowing anything about the situation? Were you at the trial? Do you know the people involved? No. All that you know is what is released to the media. There is more to every situation so please spare everyone else your ignorant comments.

The whole video was not shown at the trial. I would hate to see a video of my life cut and pasted together by someone who decided to make a case against me. Who has the right to do that? No entity or individual should be able to I'm prison anyone without disclosing the whole.

Does the FBI have to get a warrant to video tape a sting involving another law enforcement officer? This cop is a crimminal and should not get another appeal much less have the case thrown out. He did the crime now he needs to do the time.
