BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: An Amber Alert for 2-year old Jason Allen Taylor has been canceled, he has been found safe.

Police said he was taken Tuesday night around 9:30 p.m. from 5621 E. 71st Place by his biological father, William Corey Taylor.

Jason has blond hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue Batman shirt and diaper.

Taylor has a history of violence and suffers from a mental illness.

The family told FOX23 News they called William Taylor “Corey” and Jason Taylor “Bubba.”

Police said one tip showed Taylor used his cellphone in Glenpool.

"Highway 75 and the Turnpike," said TPD Sgt. John Adams.

Taylor is known to have guns and police believe he may have weapons while he is on the run with his child.

"We are missing a kid and we feel like the kid is in danger and that is one of our top, top, priorities," said Adams.

During the interview with FOX23 News, Adams received several calls with new information on Taylor's whereabouts.

"We have officers out that are starting to do a search," said Adams.

Earlier in the day, Taylor was seen buying toys at the Dollar General Store in Collinsville.

Police said the clerk noticed Jason was only wearing a diaper and had mosquito bites.

FOX23 spoke to Jason’s mother, who didn't want to go on camera until she knows her son is safe and home. She said she hasn't heard from the father of her children since Wednesday morning.

"He has texted back and forth with the mother and last night we didn't feel the child was in danger, no one felt the child was in danger," said Adams.

Police said this morning Taylor threatened to take his child's life and his own.

"When we have a kid and that child's life is in danger than that is our utmost priority," said Adams.

Court records show the mother filed a protective order against Taylor and was granted in March. She said she left with their two children for six months and reunited this past week. She said Taylor got mad when he found out about a past relationship and took Jason.

The protective order states Taylor considered himself God, told his 4-year-old daughter to walk on glass because he was God and wouldn't let the mother get groceries because he was God.

Taylor left with Jason in a Chevrolet Tahoe, black in color bearing OK tag 965-AJK

Poor would be a nice way to describe the serious lack of proof reading in this article, further, " they reunited " , then speaking to the statement from the Order of Protection as " he claimed to be God, and was going to take his and a friends life"- you do realize the " victim" makes the statement in the O P, and the reason they aren't worth the paper they are written on is because too often people use it as a weapon to hurt an ex boyfriend, or get an upper hand in a custody issue- And if all that was poorly written is true, and the O P is still in effect most states the one who filed it can also be held to it, so she shouldn't have " reunited" without dropping it. Praying for that poor child, what a mess, and a mess for life!

Stop using Amber Alerts for custody disputes! An Amber Alert was supposed to be for children abducted by pedophiles with the requirement that the child be in imminent danger of serious bodily harm.

I find it very weird that Corey and Julia are seen kissing in photos 2 days ago yet she has a protective order. She can not pick to break the order her self one day and then use it against him the next. For the last month at least these two have seen each other almost every day.He has been seeing his babies as well, therefore the protective order is null and void.
