Tulsa- The Tulsa D.A's office officially filed second-degree murder and manslaughter charges against 19 year old Amber Hilberling. She's been charged in connection with the death of her husband, 23 year-old Josh Hilberling. The D.A. says she caused her husband's death by pushing him out of window of the 25th floor Tulsa apartment back on June 7th.

Josh landed on top of a parking garage and was pronounced dead on scene. The couple has a history of domestic violence and according to police, was fighting right before Josh fell.

Hilberling was originally scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday morning but was instead arraigned late Monday because of alleged threats. The court would not elaborate except to say certain threats had been made on the internet against certain people involved in the case.
It was serious enough for them to bring Hilberling in early. She pled not guilty and was allowed to stay free on bond.

The judge did place some other restrictions on her. She's not allowed to leave
Tulsa County and cannot have any contact with Josh's family until her baby is born. Police say she is more than 7 months pregnant.

She's due back in court for a preliminary hearing on July 27th.

Her baby should be taken away and given to the father's parents. She took away their son, so this would be justice.
