Quit saying this verdict is a disgrace to the TPD. The cops like McFadden and others who pleaded guilty are a disgrace, but Yelton and Henderson are not. The TPD fellow officers know they are both innocent and have supported them, even after the WRONG verdict was delivered by a biased jury. It is sad that Henderson worked his entire career taking drug dealers off the street to protect Tulsa citizens, and some of those same citizens made such a huge mistake. His life is ruined, I just hope the jurrors understand the impact of their mistake and can live with themselves. What a tragedy. Maybe they should go to North Tulsa and hang with those that they believed over all the credible cops and Henderson who testified on the stand and told them the TRUTH!

So these 30 odd convicted criminals were friends or aquaintances of yours KGW? Lets say I give you the benefit of a doubt on the one you mentioned, even as critical of TPD as I am, there is no way I would believe these people are innocent victims of a corrupt system, I have lived in Tulsa for over 35 years and I see what goes on, the city is full of dopers, druggies, dealers, manufacturers and gangsters, I don't think the problem is that too many are being locked up unfairly, from my perspective, not enough are being busted and locked up and not for long enough.

Some of these "Scum" as you put it were set up and one was even getting his life back together before TPD ruined it. How many times do you beat a guy over the head? As for TPD corruption, this is just the icing on the cake. There MAY be good cops but TPD ranks right up there with the Crypts and the Bloods.

Oh good, being released from jail isn't quite enough, now the scum is suing the city....having to pay for all these trials isn't enough, now the city can stick their greedy hands deeper into the pockets of the business owners, property owners, and taxpayers to pay for this too. FOP should have to pay for the lawsuits, and trials.
