Two brothers charged with the murders of four women were back in court Tuesday.
Cedric and James Poore are accused of shooting the women during a robbery in a South Tulsa apartment in January.
Tuesday afternoon, James Poore's girlfriend, Jamila Jones, was back on the stand.
Day four of preliminary hearings consisted of Jones' and her friend Shalee Owens' testimony.
Both gave their account of events in the day before, of and after the homicides took place.
Discussions regarding Jones immunity took up a large chunk of the afternoon. Attorneys didn't believe she understood what immunity meant, and whether she knew she could be prosecuted despite telling the truth.
Jones was released from testifying Tuesday, but may be ordered to return later this week.
Owens told the court her memory is somewhat clouded because she uses marijuana, Xanax and PCP.
Owens said she's spent more than 30 days in jail behind this case. Owens also said she was threatened by U.S. marshals that she could spend more time behind bars if she didn't cooperate.
Court will reconvene at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
