here we go my opinion,so did he or did he not shoot at ppl?where did he get the gun?was he in the mental health system?if so who in thier right mind allowed him access to said weapon?when you have a child you cover the electric outlets in the house why were the guns not locked up"securley"what delusions?, how many times did he ask for help?does anyone know?or is this story just to scare ppl into feeling it's alright just to execute anyone with mental illness.if he's a danger to others something should be done, maybe charges should also be pressed aginst anyone who allowed him access to said gun.

Amazing they still charge him with shooting people when the official investigation said he just shot in the air, and that the injuries were friendly-fire: "I've looked at the video, and it is my opinion that it is going to be an errant deputy shot," Tulsa Police Sgt. Dave Walker said Monday.
