ACLU suing over Oklahoma church sentence

In November, District Court Judge Mike Norman sentenced Tyler Alred to 10 years of church attendance for the death of his friend in a drunk driving crash.

Lol I guess the kid would rather do prison time than go to church. Idiot. Heaven forbid you are given a chance at life...you still want to pick the nobody route. Go to jail then...do not pass go....do not collect 200....say goodbye to your second chance.

I think this is the first time the ACLU will be suing to a convicted criminal IN prison.
