50 year old Tulsa church begins renovation project

Harvard Avenue Christian Church will break ground on a $9 million dollar project soon.

The 50-year old church is located near 51st and Harvard. Groundbreaking is scheduled for October 14th with a ceremony after a special service. The 52,000 square foot expansion and renovation of the church will include a new family life center, a two story administrative building and a youth wing.

The special service is scheduled for 10 a.m. with a groundbreaking ceremony following at 11 a.m.
