Sperry shooting victim calls 911 while driving to hospital

A man in Sperry went to check on his barking dog and ended up with gunshot wounds in his stomach and on his hand. He fired back, then drove himself to the hospital while calling 911. While police were checking out the scene, he got back and said he'll be OK. 

Missing Tennessee student found with teacher in California

The teenage girl missing for 6 weeks turned up with her teacher in California. Police started looking for the pair after they disappeared from Tennessee; the teacher had recently been reprimanded and investigated for an inappropriate relationship with the girl. They were both found safe.

Logan County DA will seek the death penalty in deputy shooting death

The man accused of shooting and killing a Logan County deputy could face the death penalty. Law enforcement arrested Nathan LeFoce and booked him on first-degree murder charges after he allegedly shot and killed deputy David Wade. The shooting happened as Wade checked IDs while serving an eviction notice. W
