A bouncer at a midtown Tulsa bar is recovering after being stabbed early Monday morning.

Tulsa police say a fight started inside the Harvard Sports Bar near 47th and Harvard around 2:00am. The fight moved to the outside of the bar, and that's where the bouncer was stabbed three times.

He was taken to the hospital, police say he will recover.

Police initially arrested a suspect at the scene.  It was later determined that the man was not connected to the stabbing.

If you have any information about this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.

Who is policing the barowners in Tulsa? Obviously no one. Might explain why there is so much crime.

Better pull the license on that operator. The bertender knows that the tap cuts off at 1:00 am. No reason for a patron to be there that late. The bouncer is probably done with that trade. Holding he will recover well enough to get a regular job instead of a hobby getting drunk.
