Two 13 year-olds and one 11-year-old have been charged with allegedly attacking two girls.
The Roger's County Sheriff's Office confirms the boys are in custody. One 13-year-old is charged with intimidating a state witness. The two others are charged with two counts of first degree rape, two counts of forcible sodomy and
one count of incest.
FOX23’s Dontaye Carter spoke with the father of the victims before the charges were filed.
"I've lost a lot of respect for my legal system in Rogers County as far as the District Attorney's and that courthouse," said the father. We are concealing his name to protect the identity of his 8 and 10 year old daughter.
He said last month, his wife caught one teen sexually molesting his girls. The father believed the abuse had been going on since last November.
"We're not talking about spray painting a house or tearing up property or something like that,” he said. “We're talking about grown adult crimes and it's time to deal with it like grown adult crimes."
The mother of the victims told FOX23 she left her home looking for the girls. She found them and the images she won’t forget in a wooded area near a creek not far from her home.
Charges were dropped against one boy last month.
FOX23 reached out to the Rogers County District Attorney’s office for comment but our calls were not returned.
The victims’ father said he is happy charges are pressed but wants to see it make it to trial.
