Young girl found wandering in east Tulsa reunited with family

Tulsa police say a small child found wandering alone in east Tulsa has been reunited with her family.
The 4-5 year old girl with special needs was found walking down the street in her pajamas near 41st & Mingo.
She has special needs and police were unable to communicate with her.
