There are a "FEW" times throughout life that safety of LIFE is more important than education and when the weather is bad is one of them. It's not worth the risk to have kids (students) out on the roads and then either dismiss early or decide too late to cancel. What is a day or two compared to an eternity. Just my opinion. Same for parents if it doesn't feel right then it is not right so let them stay home!
