An arrest warrant has been issued for a Rogers County woman accused of sexual misconduct with minors.
Inola police are searching for Ellen Pittser.
Court documents allege that she committed lewd acts with 15- and 17-year-boys.
FOX23 checked into the court documents and discovered Pittser is accused of providing alcohol to the boys listed in the case before she had sexual contact with them.
An affidavit for a warrant for her arrest alleges that Aug. 30, Pittser committed a lewd act by allowing a 15-year-old boy to touch her private areas.
Documents said the teens were at her house for a party at the time.
The court records state that she provided alcoholic beverages to a 17-year- old boy and later exposed her breasts to both that evening.
The affidavit states that the next day she engaged in sexual intercourse with the 17-year-old and asked the 15-year-old to have sex with her and another boy.
Court documents said that this happened at her home in Inola while her husband and two young children were asleep in another room.
After doing an investigation, the Inola Police Department turned over its findings to the Rogers County District Attorney's office.
On Jan. 3, the DA's office filed charges against Pittser, including lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, indecent exposure, lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16 and contributing to the delinquency of minors.
FOX23 has learned that Pittser used to work as a day care worker at the Growing Tree Learning Center in Inola, but after she was accused of sexual misconduct with minors, she is no longer an employee there.
Since all of these accusations have come out, Pittser's husband has filed for divorce and has also filed a protective order to keep her away from their two young children.
