Sheriff's deputies in Delaware County say a 16-year old boy died after a double shooting Thursday. Investigators will determine if the shooting was a murder-suicide.
Capt. Ron Teel of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office says deputies got a call around 4 Thursday afternoon about a shooting in the Afton area of Delaware County. They arrived to discover a 16-year-old boy with multiple gunshot wounds, and an 18-year-old woman dead of a single gunshot wound, lying in a road.
The boy was sent by medical helicopter to St. Francis where he later died. Deputies identified the woman as Jazmine Flynn, she was pronounced dead on the scene.
