Even though it most likely came from a residence somewhere :-) no doubt it would be a criminal act throwing it over a fence to lay the further removal on somebody who may or may not be liable for your perceived offense. If you think that Fox23 will be culpable in your crime venture then you must be absent of what the RIGHT thing is to do. Call the city and ask the city to remove the debris.
