Tulsa woman arrested after drugs found near child

Tulsa police arrest a woman after finding drugs in the apartment she shared with a child.

Officers were called to Lacy Webster’s home by a worker from the Department of Human Services who had been trying to reach Webster.

According to the police report an officer found three small bags with drug residue in the living room and other bags in the bedroom. Officers also say they found a meth pipe and bong on the floor.

Webster faces charges of child neglect and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
