Last week, we showed you that Tulsa's Kayden Stephenson earned a golden ticket to Hollywood on "American Idol."
This week, Stephenson sang for a pass to the next round. "I’m going to give America the best voice that they’ve ever heard,” said Kayden.
The teen sang, "For the Longest Time" for Idol judges, but they just weren't impressed.
Judge Randy Jackson asked, "What happened?"
And in the end Kayden got the boot. He told Idol he'd be back for auditions next year and this would only make him work harder.
Only 20 semifinalist spots are available. The auditions in Hollywood are broken up between boys and girls over two nights. Kayden was one of 45 star hopefuls who earned a golden ticket from judges when show was in Oklahoma City.
