Tulsa police arrested a suspect they think stole a woman's wallet when he was helping her on the scene of a car crash.

Police think Kenneth Gregory rescued Lisa Donaldson when she was pinned in her car after a crash on June 6th and then stole her wallet.  Donaldson told FOX23 he helped her with water and comforted her.

Police said he then took her wallet and began making charges 15 minutes after the crash. A warrant for his arrest on complaints of ID theft, possession of another person's debit card and larceny from a person.

Gregory was arrested on Tuesday morning near 100 N. Garnett Road by the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force.
