Tulsa man, woman face child abuse charges

Two people are charged with child abuse after two young children are hurt in their care.
Richelle Hatcher and Jimmy Sanders are accused of using unreasonable force against an 18-month old and a 3-year old. The alleged abuse took place in August.
Hatcher was arrested on Wednesday night, a warrant has been issued for Saunders arrest.
