Tulsa Police Caught Suspect In Shooting

UPDATE -- Both Whitney Allen and Christopher Charlton were arrested at 65th and Mingo at Summerset apartments.  They were picked up by the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force which is a division of TPD.

TULSA, OK -- On October 27, 2009 at approximately 12:07 a.m., officers responded to a shooting at 11320 East 23rd Street Apt. D. Upon arrival officers found the victim Christopher Rogers, dob: 04-27-76, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Rogers was transported to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition. A witness at the scene positively identified the shooting suspect as Whitney Allen. The witness also positively identified Christopher Charlton TPD as pointing a gun at Larry Hamilton, dob: 07-22-59.
