A 21-year-old Tulsa woman is scheduled to go to trial Monday for the death of her husband.
Amber Hilberling rejected a plea deal that would have sent her to prison for five years for the death of her husband who fell from the window of a high-rise apartment complex.
Hilberling declined Friday to plead no contest to second-degree murder for the June 2011 death of Joshua Hilberling. Joshua Hilberling died after falling from the 25th floor window to the roof of a parking garage 17 floors below.
FOX23 learned judge ruled autopsy photos cannot be shown but scene photos can be used as evidence.
The judge also said the state can refer to Josh Hilberling as a victim, but can not use the word too much. The couple's son will also not be allowed in the courtroom. The judge also ruled there will be no cameras in the courtroom.
Prosecutors say Amber Hilberling pushed her husband out the window. Hilberling says her husband fell and that the building had dangerously thin windows.
Hilberling faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted. She remains jailed with jury selection for her trial to start Monday in Tulsa County District Court.
