not too mention that if you want your children safe on halloween then get off your lazy but and GO WITH THEM!!! BE A PARENT FOR A CHANGE INSTEAD OF A LUMP ON THE COUCH!!!!!!!

Thankfully more people are wondering whether we should continue with the registry at all. Espciailly since it costs the state hundreds of millions while other programs accross the state are closing at alarming rates - yet we continue to pump money into protecting children from a monster that doesn't exist. Children are less safe in their own homes. How do you protect them from their uncles, cousins, grandfathers and school teachers? The registry is completely useless at protection. It just provides jobs to people bent on oppression to make a quick buck. This will be another shameful period in our history just like the witch hunts, slavery, the Holocaust, Jim Crow laws, womens rights, gay marriage and the inquisition.

Should have knocked them in the head first offense ain't no cure for them anyway,that way they are not a threat to society and don't have to worry about a place to live.

The most important point continuing to be overlooked are that all and any laws created for Halloween purposely to confine, restrict or relocate all and any citizen is contrary to conscience, morality, or law; immoral and wicked. . Freedom by law curtailed, excluding or made unavailable to certain groups not premised on factual information but hysteria, fabrication and ignorant uninformed legislators and law enforcement is illegal, unconstitutional and flat out unjust and injurious to all citizens in these our beloved United States.
