I had just recently returned to Tulsa on February 2010 from Tyler, Texas. I was homeless and sleeping on the stairway at St. John's Hospital on 21st & Utica. It was 4:30am when suddenly a personage stood before me. It was Billy Joe Daugherty. He stood before me dressed in a white robe that was stained. His right eye was popped out and hanging out of it's socket. I was shocked and in awe. As he stood before me he said; " David, please forgive me for hurting you. We all have sin in us, we all have done wickedness. It is by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved. We are saved by grace through faith and not of yourself it is a gift of God." Billy Joe said; "Take your eyes off me and put them on JESUS".Then he vanished. I was assured by this visitation that faith in God's grace is what saves us all.

It is obvious that this case has turned into a "RELIGIOUS PROFILING AND TARGETING" and "JUDICIAL RACKETEERING" against John and Charica Daugherty. The charge of Failure to Report Child Abuse is FRAUDULENT and RACKETED in nature by a Corrupted Enforcement and a Corrupted Judicial Court seeking to discredit Victory Christian Center. Furthermore the parading of John and Charica Daugherty in the News Media is a crime in itself in the nature of Libel, Slander and Defamation. It appears that there are inconsistencies of the FACTS and that these half truths are being used to attack the Daugherty's. I find it strange and rare that a "rape" would occur in a "stairway". There has had to be other actions involved by the victim herself. I see John and Charica plus the others innocent of the crime that has been FRAUDULENTLY charged of Failure to Report Child Abuse.

Should VCC be held accountable and made to be responsible and register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH according to the same degree they have passed judgement on others? The leadership of this ministry is completely going the wrong direction. This ministry has already lost its credibility; who cares about souls.....!! As big as they are, there is no one that can replace them huh?!! They need to sit their butts for a while and not hold a position on leadership and really think about why and who the hek they are serving! And whats up with DHS and their reports on their policies?? Call me an old stick in the mud but I think in trying to cover it up, it made them involved. Write them up as sex offenders too. Just like any other crime factory.
