A Tulsa man suspected in the death of his grandmother has been charged.
Antoine Jackson is charged with first degree murder. Police responded to the home near Mohawk Blvd. & North Wheeling around 2:00 am on January 29th. When they got there they found 78-year-old Arlevia Jackson, police say she died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Officers arrested her grandson, Antoine Jackson, after chasing him down, and using pepper spray on him.
Officers say they believe he was high, and he stripped off his clothes as they chased him. According to the arrest report Jackson told a firefighter he smoked water and killed his grandma.
Jackson faces a first degree murder charge.
