A six-year-old Sand Springs boy has died in an ATV crash in west Tulsa County. OHP reports this happened just before 6:30pm Wednesday, as six-year-old Daniel Brock Smith-Maynard operated the four wheeler, alone, on a homemade dirt track outside his grandfather's house.
The ATV took a curve too fast, rolled, and the child was thrown three feet from it. He was transported to St. John with head injuries, where he was pronounced dead.
