Yeah a hoodie go figure,Tulsa is under siege from crank zombies and gangbangers,as citizens we have a right to request outside help,if it doesn't concern their personal investments(downtown and the river bed walk)they turn a blind eye to it.Our ultra liberal"Republican"Mayor seems to be afraid of offending someone,old dinosaur money needs to open their and look around the rest of the city before it is too late we are going to hell in a handbasket quickly

Sadly.. yes. I listen to the scanner on my phone throughout the day.. and wow it sooooooooo busy! I changed the other day to another state and also other countries and there was NOTHING going on. I was like wow.. Tulsa is SCARY! :(

thanks :) I am and was listening to the police radio.. it was a black male late teens and a blue hoodie or sweat shirt. He is still at large. He was shooting outside the school. :( They have stopped a few people but the witnesses said it was not the guy. There has been so much going on today. Well there always is...
