The Salvation Army really needs to sell their property to the city of Tulsa and move the courts to that location. Run tunnels to the jail. Save a lot of money on transportation, and puts them closer to Avalon. Use the day center for county courts. Turn old courts into hotels. Move day center to Catoosa.
