Robbed at gunpoint inside of her own home.
An east Tulsa woman shared the terrifying story about what happened Sunday to her family.
Police say they only have one of several suspects in custody.
FOX23 spoke exclusively with the victim after she was robbed at gunpoint.
The lady tells FOX23 she and her 15-year-old cousin were inside their home when robbers kicked in her door, stealing electronics, money, and even Christmas gifts, all while holding a gun to her head.
A stolen car has been recovered and FOX23 was the only crew on the scene as police processed the evidence.
Sunday afternoon, Janequah Jemison heard the sound,
"A loud noise. I heard the door crack. Like you could hear the door coming off the hinges."
Breaking and entering.
She tells FOX23 she tried to run into the living room.
"Before I could even make it into the bathroom in the hallway, there was a little boy there and he hit me with the gun and said go back to the bathroom."
By "little boy," she means a teenager.
Jemsion says at least five teens were involved.
"They had to take turns holding guns on us to keep us up against the wall."
FOX23 asks, "Where did they hold the guns?"
"In our faces," Jemison replies.
We asked, "Like to your head?"
"Right here face to face," Jemison said.
A long 30 minutes later, she says they left in her mother's car.
Shortly after, police tell me they found the car near the Seminole hills, in north Tulsa.
Police say an officer tried to stop the driver.
That's when the driver pulled into this apartment complex and parked.
Three males from the car got away on foot, but one was taken into custody.
Jemison has the car back, but nothing else.
"Honestly I didn't care about getting nothing back. I'm just glad...that I'm still here."
Police tell FOX23 this is still a very active investigation---with a few twists and turns.
But they say at this time they don't believe this armed robbery is connected to the other slew of armed robberies they've been dealing with around town.
