The announcement of how many jobs Tulsa's American Airlines base will lose is expected to come Wednesday morning.
For two weeks union members and employees all over the nation have been voting on a tentative agreement with the airline, and the final tally of the vote will decide if Tulsa loses 1,300 jobs or 2,600 jobs.
American's parent company, AMR, filed for bankruptcy back in November. Since then negotiations have been going back and forth between union groups.
Mechanic positions are most at risk, with a job reduction rate of 17% expected.
However, for the employees who stay on board with the company, they will get a 3% raise, and an improved health care plan.
We will bring you the results of the vote as soon as we get it.
