An Owasso day care shuts down, but not before collecting thousands of dollars from dozens of pre-paying customers.
Now, those customers at The Drop Zone are demanding the owner refund their money.
Tanya Fuller owned and operated The Drop Zone for years before she suddenly locked up and disappeared.
"My two boys were going to The Drop Zone for about a year and a half before it closed," said Julie Lawson, a parent.
Lawson got to know Fuller quite well over time and never felt she was suspicious.
"I never had problems with the care that the children got. My best friends, they played here a lot of times," she said.
That's why she didn't find it odd when Fuller offered a special discount.
"That if I wanted to get in on that special rate, that discount, that I had to buy now because she was never going to offer that special again," she said.
Within days, Drop Zone was closed and Lawson was out close to $500.
On Monday, one after another, parents contacted FOX23 with similar stories.
FOX23 found out Fuller was connected with another day care facility in Tulsa, Childcare Solutions.
"We're a different company," said an employee.
"She's back a lot though?" FOX23 asked
"No, we're renting it from her," the employee said.
A new marketing company, its employees were shocked to hear about the closing.
FOX23 tried calling her too, but no answer.
When she closed down, Fuller left a note on the door, saying she would refund everyone's money, going in alphabetical order.
That was on April 30. FOX23 has not found a parent who received a refund.
