Why in the hell do they allow these people to keep having kids? 1 kid okay put her in drug groups get her help but if it happens again, have her fixed and then thrown in jail for child abuse. There are many people in this world that can't have kids that want them and would treat kids with love, yet people like her keep getting pg and having babies when loving people have none. What is wrong with this world? 7 kids 4 now have tested positive for drugs and yet she will more than likely have more kids with drugs in their systems and taken away and put in the foster care system or even die from the drugs she took. But people also for get that drugs and tests have proved this, can be passed on to a baby from a male sexual partner of the mother or even the father could have been on drugs when baby was conceived. I do not doubt ti was the mother, but she could have ingested fluids from a male partner that was on drugs and she did not know he was on them or could have been slipped something by a male partner unknown to her. There are many reasons why she and the baby may have had drugs in their systems. Only she truly knows why. But she should be fixed and have no more kids ever.

Too bad some people can't be "fixed" long before a SEVENTH child is born with drugs in their system! Ridiculous!
