A man lead Tulsa police on a high speed chase for about 14 miles on Monday morning.
It started at 81st and Harvard and ended near 36th Street North and Osage Drive in north Tulsa. Police say two men threw a newspaper box through a window at a gas station and then took off. Police chased them.
When the driver got on the highway, Oklahoma Highway Patrol also got involved. Speeds reached around 100 miles an hour. After about 20 minutes, the driver ran out of road in a construction zone. He was arrested at the scene. There was also a passenger, but he was not taken into custody.
