Police arrest alleged peeping tom at south Tulsa store

Tulsa police arrested a felony peeping tom suspect on Wednesday night at a south Tulsa Target.
Police arrested 22-year old Brian Heck just after 6 p.m. at the store at 10019 S. Memorial Dr. Heck faces charges of two counts of peeping tom using electronic media.
Investigators said a woman was changing clothes in a dressing room heard a sound and noticed a black cylindrical object being moved around at the top of the stall.
They said she quickly dressed and went to the next stall, where she found the suspect standing on a chair holding a pen attached by tape to a pointer. The pen had a hidden camera inside.
Police said the suspect dropped the pen, which the victim seized and gave to store personnel, who called police. Police said they found video of four women on the device, two of those women have not been identified yet.
