(TULSA, Okla. July 3) - Tulsa police have arrested a man in connection with the killing of a teenager in East Tulsa.
Jeff Proctor was taken in Friday on a charge of first degree murder in the death of 14 year old Tevon Mathies.
Mathies was shot Wednesday as he stood in front of an East Tulsa apartment complex. Police believe the shooting was gang related.
