Police were called to the Bath and Body works at 12321 E. 96th St. in Owasso around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. They found a woman, later identified as Chancy Mullins, slumped over the steering wheel of a black Chevy Trailblazer.

According to the arrest report, a three-year-old child was standing in the back seat and one-year- old child was in a car seat in the back seat.

Police said they tried to wake Mullins up but she was unresponsive. The report states an officer smelled alcohol and saw vomit on Mullins' face. The report also states an empty bottle of whiskey was found in the SUV's center console with the keys.

Owasso police called for medics and Mullins was taken to the hospital. According to the arrest report, Mullins agreed to a blood alcohol test and told officers the kids in the car were hers and she had two Jack and Coke mixed drinks earlier.

The officer stated Mullins had "thick, slurred speech."

Taking the keys out of the ignition won't give you immunity from DUI. Good that nobody was hurt. It could have been a lot worse. Just a little step to the left from little house on the prarie. That'££ probably end her babysitter status.
