Oklahoma will not create state health exchange

Gov. Mary Fallin says Oklahoma will not establish a state-run health insurance exchange under the federal health care law or expand its Medicaid eligibility to provide coverage to thousands of low-income, uninsured citizens.

Glad to see a Governor stepping up, and protecting the majority of Oklahoman s. For those that dont like it, you do have your options as well. Great job Mrs. Fallin!!! Keep up the great job!!

Gov. Fallin you have made the right decision. We did not vote for Obama in either the 2008 or 2012 elections, and we do not want his health care.

Gov. Fallin's decision to restrict Oklahomans access to the Affordable Care act will cause many poor rural and urban Oklahomans to suffer with illness unduly and cause more preventable deaths. This action by Governor Fallin will result in unnecessary, premature deaths of many people that could otherwise be saved and live a longer fuller life. Fallin is a death dealer. Sara Palin once talked about a government run "death panel" Mary Fallin has proved her right. But this is a death non-panel, you die because no one cares about you.
