Muskogee woman arrested for bomb hoax

A woman accused of calling in a bomb threat at the Muskogee County Courthouse is in police custody.

Jessica Dugger is being held without bond in Muskogee. She’s accused of calling the courthouse on Monday and saying her husband was on his way to blow it up.

Authorities say she also called the police department on Wednesday morning and said another bomb would explode on Thursday.
