I had just recently returned to Tulsa on February 2010 from Tyler, Texas. I was homeless and sleeping on the stairway at St. John's Hospital on 21st & Utica. It was 4:30am when suddenly a personage stood before me. It was Billy Joe Daugherty. He stood before me dressed in a white robe that was stained. His right eye was popped out and hanging out of it's socket. I was shocked and in awe. As he stood before me he said; " David, please forgive me for hurting you. We all have sin in us, we all have done wickedness. It is by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved. We are saved by grace through faith and not of yourself it is a gift of God." Billy Joe said; "Take your eyes off me and put them on JESUS".Then he vanished. I was assured by this visitation that faith in God's grace is what saves us all.

It is obvious that this case has turned into a "RELIGIOUS PROFILING AND TARGETING" and "JUDICIAL RACKETEERING" against John and Charica Daugherty. The charge of Failure to Report Child Abuse is FRAUDULENT and RACKETED in nature by a Corrupted Enforcement and a Corrupted Judicial Court seeking to discredit Victory Christian Center. Furthermore the parading of John and Charica Daugherty in the News Media is a crime in itself in the nature of Libel, Slander and Defamation. It appears that there are inconsistencies of the FACTS and that these half truths are being used to attack the Daugherty's. I find it strange and rare that a "rape" would occur in a "stairway". There has had to be other actions involved by the victim herself. I see John and Charica plus the others innocent of the crime that has been FRAUDULENTLY charged of Failure to Report Child Abuse.

Will Victory Christian Center as a whole have to register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH? Should VCC be held accountable and made to be responsible and register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH according to the same degree they have passed judgement on others? If VCC will be required to register as a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH, will children be allowed on the property or will they be able to interact with children? Is VCC a SEX OFFENDER CHURCH?

Why did the five get arrested?Might disassociate one or two from the fold but a few of them had the pastors last name.

That was fast.. Someone erased the info about the Grandmother knowing about the rape and didnt report it..

Don't drink.Notched eyebrows... good sign of gang affiliation,when you don't report abuse it's against the law,even if the mother and daughter were shooting heroin she is still 13.Last minute damage control.

Just wondering if there was more to the story and wow TONIGHT more of the full story came out.. VCC released info tonight at the Saturday service about the timeline and as normal people that are not church or religious bashers thought.. The youth leaders reported the same day to the HR department. The HR department reported the incident to a Child Abuse/Trafficking agency and it took a few days from that point for them to get back to them then the Sex Offender office told VCC to call 911 and they did... SO MUCH different story that some sort of "coverup trash" They got charged for not following policy and fine but they didn't rape this girl.. The focus is off this chris guy and the story sells more papers if it is some religious organization..
