Man sentenced for child sexual abuse

A man accused of raping a 10-year-old and getting her pregnant has been sentenced to two life terms in prison.

Eric Farbes Sr. pleaded guilty to child sexual abuse. He changed his plea just as his trial was scheduled to begin in Tulsa on Monday.

Nearly a year ago, the girl complained of stomach pain. Doctors discovered she was 20 weeks pregnant. She gave birth in July, and DNA testing showed Farbes Sr. was the baby's father.

May as well been only one count because the judge gave concurrent sentences. Also put him in a treatment program so he is probably parole eligible.
