Tulsa police have made an arrest after a shooting in north Tulsa.

Around 7:30p.m. Monday, police were notified about shots fired near North Atlanta Court and Queen Street. When FOX23 arrived at the scene our crew saw a man with at least one gunshot wound being loaded up into an ambulance.   Police said his injury is non-life threatening.

Police tell FOX23 19-year-old Darrick Orcutt threw a beer bottle at his neighbor as he was driving past his house.  The bottle hit the driver in the head.  Police say the driver, Ismael Deligorio, and his wife got out of the car and the two men started to fight.

Deligorio's wife originally told police she was the one who shot Orcutt. Police say after further questioning they determined lsmael Deligorio was the one who pulled the trigger.

Police said the neighbors have been in an on-going dispute for some time now.

Someone claiming to be a relative of Orcutt told FOX23 he did not throw a beer bottle at Deligorio.

Deligorio is being held on one complaint of shooting with intent to kill.

Throwing objects at moving automobiles ... Injure or distract the driver enough to cause a wreck maybe kill somebody. Tell both of them after this that they need to behave before someone gets hurt.
