Man arrested for indecent exposure

A Tulsa man was arrested on Friday accused of exposing himself twice near 45th and Peoria.
Monteil Taylor was taken into custody, when two female victims identified the 37-year-old as the man who flashed them.
The first incident happened at a salon, when the victims say Taylor asked for a safety pin before exposing himself to a salon employee.
Shortly after, Tulsa Police received a complaint that a man had flashed another woman in a nearby store. The victim says Taylor had been following her around for a while, just before exposing himself.
Taylor was later found near 31st and Detroit, and was taken into custody.
He has been charged with two accounts of indecent exposure.
