Man arrested at traffic stop for child endangerment

A Tulsa man was arrested Friday night accused of driving while intoxicated with four children in the car.
Vang Xiong, 29, was arrested on charges of four counts of child endangerment and four counts of child four counts of child restraint.
Police arrested Xiong after he was pulled over for a traffic stop. He told the officer he drank two beers and a shot, then smoked two bowls of marijuana. Officers then found drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle.
There were four minors in the car including a four-month old, a one-year-old, a two-year-old and a five-year-old.
Xiong is being held on over $200,000 bond.
