Tulsagrl1980....any sexual contact with a minor under 18 is considered unconsensual regardless if the girls begged for it. Do some research of the law and statistics before you jump on here and type so carelessly my dear.

This is a case of inexperienced decision makers using extremely poor judgment and paying a dear price – fortunately they didn’t lose their live. The parents do have the responsibility of protecting their children, but the crime is the result of a charlatan posing as their peer - DUH. Good parents cannot always control the decisions their children make. Good kids don’t always listen to their parents. The only thing I can truly ascertain from this story is that THAT guy is a criminal and unfortunately he didn’t have a problem finding victims. It’s a wakeup call to all those people that believe all people are decent.

Where did you get the idea that it was "obviously consensual"? Read the story again: "Police say it was forced." Just because they agreed to meet with him doesn't mean they planned to have sex with him. Perhaps they should have let the guy rape them and said nothing, huh tulsagrl? And maybe all other victims of molestation and incest & other sex crimes should never speak up too? Because in your words they would just be trying to get the attacker in trouble. How ignorant.

I partly agree with Tulsagrl. Yes, this guy is a sick S.O.B. Should we charge the kids? Only if they lie in court. Should we charge the parents? YES! They endangered there children's lives buy not properly monitoring them and are just to stupid to pick up a newspaper to see that this is an issue.

Are you stupid tulsagrl? Do you not understand that this monster has done this BEFORE? Do you understand that having sex with children is bad? This guy is an adult who raped and assaulted these girls in the elementary parking lot!! He has done the same to other minors as well. He lied about his age. Who knows what other lies he told those girls?

There are two sides to every story. Sorry someone has daughters they can't control. This takes two, and while it was wrong, it's also wrong for the girls to get no punishment and then accuse him of rape when it was obviously consensual and any decent girl would have deleted any kind of "luring" they received, not go have sex with the guy then get him in trouble.

And even if they are caught, some liberal judge gives them a slap on the hand and PROBATION and away they go. Until the day comes that there is some fear of the penalty for commiting a crime, crime will be rampant.
