Man Shot & Killed Overnight In East Tulsa

(TULSA, Okla.) November 2- Tulsa police are investigating a fatal shooting overnight in East Tulsa.
 
It happened around 2:30 Monday morning outside the Quik Mart at 41st & Garnett.  Police say someone in a blue Ford F-150 pulled up to several people outside the store. 
 
That’s when he got into an argument with one of them and pulled out a shotgun.  A man
was shot in the back and taken to the hospital.  Police say the man died after surgery.
He has been identified as Erik Victorino.

The suspect took off in his truck.  Police say there could be 2 or 3 people inside that truck.

Police have identified a person of interest in the case, Luis Alberto Mendoza, after he was seen arguing with the victim shortly before the attack.

IM A HISPANIC AND AM AFRAID OF MY HISPANICS TOO,ITS NOT ABOUT SKIN COLOR OR RACE,IT CAN BE ANYONE ATTACKING ANYONE,AND I HATE THIS KIND OF DEATH,CUZ THEY DON'T THINK OF THEIR FAMILY IN THEIR COUNTRY,IT AN TAKES A MONTH TO GET THE BODY OVER THERE,ITS A FUNERAL OF A MONTH OR MORE,AND THATS JUST WAITING FOR TO ARRIVE... THINK PEOPLE,THINK..BEFORE YOU KILL OR ARGUE WITH SOMEONE PLEASE..

wow.... does it suprise anybody that somebody got shot and killed in east tulsa. Look at the demographics that live over there. Between my wife getting mugged by a piece of human trash and our house getting broke into and all of my tools stolen....we don't feel safe there anymore. Thank GOD for concealed carry
