(TULSA, Okla.) November 2- Tulsa police are investigating a fatal shooting overnight in East Tulsa.
It happened around 2:30 Monday morning outside the Quik Mart at 41st & Garnett. Police say someone in a blue Ford F-150 pulled up to several people outside the store.
That’s when he got into an argument with one of them and pulled out a shotgun. A man
was shot in the back and taken to the hospital. Police say the man died after surgery.
He has been identified as Erik Victorino.
The suspect took off in his truck. Police say there could be 2 or 3 people inside that truck.
Police have identified a person of interest in the case, Luis Alberto Mendoza, after he was seen arguing with the victim shortly before the attack.
