Law enforcement cracking down on drunk driving on New Year's Eve

State Troopers with Oklahoma Highway Patrol will team up with agents of the ABLE Commission and Tulsa Police Officers to arrest DUI offenders and enforce other laws on New Year’s Eve.

Yep, this has worked miracles for the past 15 years, this is going to be the year people get real serious and responsible and refuse to drive drunk...Halleluiah children....rejoice...its a new day in Tulsa!

So what are they doing this year they didnt last year, or the year before? ...and how many arrests are necessary to collect the grant money paying for this theater? They never seem to catch the serious drunks, though.
