ridiculous.... charges are dropped or ammended to lesser offenses WAY to often. In a case like this, they need to move forward on all charges. Its disgusting. How dare we stand for this behavior.. it sickens me.

Wow. So if I break into someones house and steal their stuff i should only face one charge of stealing but not another charge of breaking and entering because it all relies on the same evidence? Wow i like that deal!
