You know, when the Breitbart people are telling you that your theory is BS, maybe it's time to rethink?

Elrombo, actually, the government already buys in small allotments. The IDIQ contracts allow them to lock in the prices based on a total, not the indfividual order. I wonder how the NRA is going to react to this? As an industry lobby,it is their job to prevent any restrictions on ammo sales, which is exactly what this is.

This won't cause the government to use any less ammo, which means it won't make it any more available to the public. It'll just force them to buy it in smaller quantities at a time, which means they'll pay a higher price. Buying ammo in bulk saves tax dollars.

So this act is approved and passed by both the House and Senate, but Obama vetoes it. After all, it will violate his belief in less Constituion and more oppresive control if he doesn't. So, will there be enough votes to override the veto? If so, how many votes will Bloomberg and Soros buy off? The White House One is working from a position of evil because he wants to produce as much chaos as he can, which will destroy all on which America was built in his quest to turn this nation into his dark vision of an impotent land, one that is unwilling and unable. This is what his curious mix of Marxism and Islam will lead to, what they both historically have led to: Totalitarianism--no real freedom; instead, oppression induces hopelessness and fear that become the norm for the majority. He has no respect for law unless it suits his ends, and he has no respect for any of us, including all those public school graduates and dropout who voted for him. We are all just tools to manipulate, allowing him to accomplish is evil goal.

It takes 10 times as long for Congress to fix a problem as it takes the executive branch to cause one. The big problem is that the executive branch is doing things that it is not authorized to do per the Consitution or in execution of the laws that Congress has passed. They hav usurped and allotted themselves an infinite capacity to do mischief. For example, there is no authorization in the Constitution of per declaration of war by Congress for the adminstration to be breaking federal law by smuggling guns into Syria to the aid of anti-Amerian rebels like Al Qaida. And yet that is what they are doing.
