Creek County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide.

Police say a man was shot to death inside a home. Deputies say two children, ages 12 and 8, called to report the shooting between 10:30 and 11 on Wednesday morning. The 12-year-old told deputies someone came into the house and shot and killed his grandfather. The teen could not describe what the shooter looked like.

"We don't have a description or race or clothing description, all you have is two kids who were scared and terrified at the time," said Creek County Detective Matthew Greco-Lucchina.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is helping conduct the investigation.

Detectives say there were no signs of forced entry.
Deputies are warning people to not open their doors for anyone they do not know.

Officials say the victim is the father of a Pawnee County Sheriff’s deputy. The victim's name isn't being released at this time.

The guns found in the home are being sent to OSBI for testing.

If you have any information, you are asked to call the Creek County Sheriff's Office at (918) 227-6374.

Another report says that Roy has a relative in law enforcement. This could be a revenge shooting. You can bet your bottom dollar that the Polize in creek county will be out for blood.
