If a firearm is purchased though a legal private sale, please tell me how that is a "loophole"?? The fact is, the "gun show loophole" is a myth, it does not, and never has existed. Wouldn't it be nice if most journalists were as responsible with the "facts" in their stories as most gun owners are with their firearms.

All this gun control garbage is going to do is make them more expensive. The dicktator-in-chief is getting what he wants, an unarmed public.

Mr. Paluka, on the 01/16/2013 9:00 p.m. show, you made a incorrect statement concerning gun show. You stated back ground checks are not required at gun shows. Back ground checks are required, unless you are a private person selling. This is the same as a store selling a weapon, which is required, and if you are a private citizen you do not have to run a back ground check. Maybe you should have asked some one, instead of making up your, back ground checks are not required at gun shows.

That is a very misleading statement and makes it sound like anyone can get a gun at a gun show. That is a statement an anti-gun person would spout off to help back up their position. Yes, gun deals are made in the aisles between private individuals, and that's no different than what Adam did when calling the person in Bartlesville, which as he stated was not illegal.
